More like a mazelike Ten by ten grid where the protagonist (maybe a cow) can walk through and destroy some kind of litter/or trash. It may be possible that the trashsymbols where the symbols of the pc. But thats speculation. There where explosions and points involved and i remember specificly some kind of green trash containers (falling down on the trash and destroying it)

graphics where pixelated but millenium graphics. Like bad 244p.

OP, I have no idea what the game you're looking for is, but I hope you don't mind me piggybacking off your thread to see if someone can find a download for a game I haven't been able to find if they know it off the top of their head.

It was inspired by the dust game, and sand games in general I guess ( dan-ball.jp/en/javagame/dust/ ). It wasn't played in a browser, it was a game you downloaded. The game had a launcher that had what I can only describe as an angelcities aesthetic. Like any sand game, there wasn't any objective, just experiment with the different elements. This game had planets though, they didn't have gravitational pull on their own, you could place them and they would interact with each other or fuck them up with the basic element stuff you'd find in a dust game like that. I remember there being brain planets, android/borg planets, a basic earth planet, stuff like that. Wasted hours on it but a while back my hard drive died and I haven't been able to find it since.

If you're serious, I'm not really sure when the game was released. The graphics could be described as pixelly but not in an indie game kind of way, and the UI for selecting all the tools/elements planets was set up in an MS paint or Sim City 2000 kind of way, more leaning towards MS paint due to there being a drawing area. For the most part, the game was black. Imagine MS paint but mostly black and with different icons, that's what you'd see when starting the game.

It reminds me kind of a game you can play online now. It was featured on one dong series from vcause. It wont be the original but it had some gravitational planets gameplay aswell. If it isnt that game, you could look for Gravitational Planet games or something like this. Like Sandbox Space Planets Game on Google or seomthing like this.
