3DS Homebrew

So,i've been thinking about hacking my 3ds, but when it comes to that things i'm more than an autistic retard.I've read 3ds.guide tutorial and it seems to be easy but i've also read many posts about bricking your console after attempt to homebrew it. Is this a random chance to destroy your console or are those people even dumber then me leddit users.
If i'm going to do everything preciously as in the guide is there the smallest chance of bricknig it?

i charged people to do this, so i have experience, i never got a brick, if you use wrong archives (jp or eur in a usa console) or if the sd has a lot (and i mean a LOT) of bad sectors then it could brick too, overall its really secure

If you follow the instructions and read everything the guide says, there is no chance of a random brick happening
Bricks only happen if you do something wrong yourself, or do something the guide tells you not to

For example, if you're hacking an n3ds, it's possible to brick by closing the lid and putting it into sleep mode while on 2.1.0
But the guide warns you about that, so only people who don't actually read have that happen

The people saying they bricked their console are idiots who didnt read

So firstly i somehow need to find out from where my 3ds firmware is, cuz even if i'm from europe and i bought it in european shop its still could be from USA?
Also how can i check if my card have bad sectors? Its gonna be ok if i buy 64gb straight from shop and use this "Before starting, you may want to check your SD card for errors using H2testw (Windows)" ?

So since i'm able to read and use basic brain functions its going to be ok?
Also what about youtube tutorials just to check if you are not doing anything wrong , are they as bas as people say?
