I think it's a Europe only thing. For standard editions they usually have separate print-runs for the countries like Germany that use a different rating system to PEGI, but with limited editions they use the same version across Europe, and since those other countries' rating systems make it mandatory for their ratings labels need to be printed on games distributed there, the box has those ratings labels printed alongside PEGI
