So my friend says his 5 gb ram dell laptop can run overwatch on high quality smoothly along with bo3. This is unbelievable.. right? Because I don't wanna drop 2k on a PC if his shit can run it his games the same as me.

Both games are made with normies in mind and aren't hard to run at all. Any laptop with a dedicated card made in the past 3 years could probably run them on high no problem

The "Superb" tier on LogicalIncrements is more than enough to run those games on max and thats 800 bucks. You could probably get away with lower tiers too. I dont know how CPU intensive Overwatch is but the "Fair" Tier has a GPU more powerful than the recommended for OW

The game overwatch is pretty fuckin optimized though, I know a lot of people that run it just fine on their toasters.
Just know that its very unlikely that your friend could something like Dark Souls 3 or Xcom 2, he is still limited by his hardware.
