Post some weird ports.
Weird Ports

You have to press square to auto aim. Also the saving system is ununderstandably horrible, I can't even explain.
Also 2 player mod feels even more weirder
Playing vanilla TF2 with the same 10-15 people was interesting.
Anyone ever play the PS2 version of Unreal Tournament?
Playing this back in 2008 was amazing
>weird
I got my normalfag friends to play this with me all the time, so I actually loved the shit out of it. Control pad bindings were fucking weird with one stick, but I was used to it after playing so many N64 games.
There was even a Quake 3 port for the 360. And it costs money despite being released after Quake Live.
pretty weird
I played this at my friend's house last year along with Sonic Shuffle and Jet Set Radio.
Shit was fun as fuck.
Morrowind goty on the xbox. Currently playing it and it feels weird
Doom on a printer
Why
>Dreamcast cover art
God damn, I miss jewel cases.
Who was the audience for this?
...
Todd Howard made this happen.
This was even worse than playing Starcraft on N64.
It wasn't bad but definitely felt weird
One of these little mobile spinoffs was pretty fucking good. I can't remember the name, but it played a lot like Wizardry/Ultima and it was Elder Scrolls.
Shame. All those dumbphone games are pretty much lost to time.
Phantasy Star Online came out for the original Xbox and had DLC and voice chat support.
...
I have Tomb Raider for NGage
portal for NES
youtube.com
this years tas block was insane.
>tfw had a lot of fun playing Prince of Persia on my razr
>tfw can't find anything on it anywhere
Feels bad man, I remember I also shot a pic of my dad in mid-sneeze that was hysterical on it too.
I want to install this on a MFP
Not even remotely weird. Every other big AAA game back in the day was "ported" to phones. I remember playing Silent Hill on my phone.
Oh god, that was a weird time. I think around the same time I played, TF2 on PC was getting its first Pyro update. PS3 servers weren't too great from my experience, but the PS3 version of the entire package wasn't great to begin with due to the outsource to EA. The games ran at least?
There's a working version of Counter Strike for Dreamcast out there.
Yep. Homebrew community finished it. I haven't played it though.
I played the shit out of the Xbox version back when I was a kid who couldn't afford a good PC.
Dreamcast got quite a few GoldSrc mods thanks to the leak of the Beta version of Half Life. Paranoia and They Hunger to name a couple.
Could you play this online against other people?
I didn't play anything online during 6th gen besides xbox and PC so I'm not sure.
Yup
I pirated the game and there was no online if I can recall. Just some single player and co-op missions.
This was how I experienced Half Life 2 and Portal. Shit was great besides the long loading times between levels.
Is it any good?
I count Xenoblade on 3DS as a weird port because I never heard of a open world game on a handheld before.
...
Baldur's Gate for PlayStation 1
perplexed by its existence
Age of empires 2 for cellphones was pretty gud
Nintendo also published which was strange.
