Pre sure Bethesda don't listen. They added the custom settlements feature in F4 because 'the dev team all loved Minecraft' so wanted it in their game. They just do what they think is fun, not what makes a good game.

Nah. The hate for Fallout 4 wasn't just confined to Sup Forums. Pretty much every popular forum had people complaining about it. I personally know a couple people who returned it without even finishing it.
