Step 1: Download the base game from Steam. In order for this method to work, you need to own the base game. THE GAME HAS NOT BEEN CRACKED YET.
Step 2: Run the game until you can get to the game's main menu. You can then exit the game.
Step 3: Download the DLC files generously provided by Klory. Link to post: cs.rin.ru
Step 4: Extract the DLC files into the "data" folder of the game's installation directory. Replace any files if prompted to. Usually the location is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Total War WARHAMMER\data
Step 5: Download the CreamAPI generously provided by mrthuvi, which has already been configured with all necessary parameters. You can find the file on the last post of this page: cs.rin.ru

Step 6: Extract the files into the game's root folder, which you can identify because it has the .EXE file. Replace as prompted. The folder is usually located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Total War WARHAMMER\
Step 7 (Optional): From your Steam Library, right-click on the game, select "Properties", click on the "Updates" tab, and disable automatic updates (the first dropdown box).
Step 8 (Optional): Restart Steam in Offline Mode. On Steam's main Window, click "Steam" on the upper left, then select "Go Offline". Accept the prompt and Steam will now restart with no network connectivity.
You should be able to run the game now, with all content unlocked. Thank the people who provided these files and those who have had the patience to answer everyone's questions regarding how to get this to work.
