They managed to make a good out of Mortal kombat, and that alone is impressive.
More so, they did it stripping it from blood and ultraviolence, which was the biggest appeal of the game.
Still stands out as a good, light movie.
SH1 was pretty good too.

Its good when watched with friends. its literally trash tho, we can all agree with that.
Its a good movie in every aspect. Scenery is cured and really well done, as are costumes and makeup.
Combat scenes are well done and entertaining.
Characters are never too serious nor too goody. It has perfect balance in everything. Its a little miracle what they accomplished.

everything is bad, from the casting to the writing to the fight choreography to the extremely gaudy and ill-fitting soundtrack, the shit cinematography and set lighting, cheap costumes, extremely forced and very brief cameos, EVERYTHING is so shit is defies expectation
