Unironically make what is easily one of the best zelda titles of all time...

>unironically make what is easily one of the best zelda titles of all time, guaranteed 10/10 fucking MASTERPIECE according to previews
>release it on two consoles at once
>the console you're trying to sell is actually a piece of shit and its controllers don't work right

WHAT THE FUCK

I AM SO ANGRY ABOUT THIS

NO FUCK YOU, I HAVE THIS SHIT PREORDERED. I WENT TO A STORE AND WAITED OUTSIDE AT 4AM TO PREORDER THE FUCKING THING AND I AM NOT PLEASED AT ALL ABOUT THIS HOW DO YOU FUCK THIS UP

THIS ISNT CONSOLE WARRING, THIS IS LEGIT FUCKING CONCERN

it'll hopefully be patched/fixed before launch

>buying a console
You had it coming.

>pre-order

aren't nintendo really fuckin good about fixing legitimate problems with hardware? they gave people new wii's after they didn't work at launch and even gave people those stupid "extra strength" wrist straps after chad broke his dads TV enough times. if this is something that can't be immediately patched with firmware you'll probably get a new iteration in the mail

Get the Pro Controller™, you are a real Nintendo Fan™, right?

sure like the controllers dont work right...

there's obviously a problem with the joycons user.

Funny how the problems never happened in any demo unit, it's almost as if you aren't meant to completely cover the controller in your fat hands and play games 15ft away from your TV.

i just don't see why covering the controller would affect the control stick? that's obviously not supposed to happen. i can understand if it was wii bullshit but this just seems like a problem to me

I DON'T CARE

>sell faulty products that don't work out of the box
>replace them because that's kind of the law

BASED NINTENDO

HOW CAN OTHER COMPANIES EVEN COMPETE

My room isn't even 15 ft.

All of the demo units and accessories were hardwired

Of course they didn't have wireless problems, no one was able to test them

They gave me a new DS lite because it had 1 dead pixel. They also replaced my brothers because of the hinge cracking issue

>implying people got to play the demo units on their couches, under blankets, in different positions etc etc

this is exactly how I feel right now
I'm unironically hoping CEMU will be good in this year

>a bunch of people have connectivity problems
>most people don't

Calm down. This means it's not universal.

Hopefully you get used to not triggering the desync until it gets fixed. It'll be okay.

>tfw I'll get to play it on my friend's Wii U for free, or I can just wait a couple months and play the definitive version through emulation

>gimped the Wii U version and removed the godly map/inventory on the gamepad
Why would they do this. After playing through WW and TP HD and being able to semelessly do these things it's going to suck going back

>already advertising replacement's heavily

Wouldn't have to if they had good QC.

Because Aonuma was right. The Gamepad was a mistake.

Makes emulation easier, so I'm all for it

And that's why the new console is literally a tablet with buttons.

>complaining about desyncs that happen under specific situations
>specific situation is wrap your hand around it or put your body between you and the reciever
>only finding out about the weakest link in Bluetooth technology in 2017

Sup Forums never fails to amaze me

>the console you're trying to sell is actually a piece of shit and its controllers don't work right

You mean don't work left! Right? XDD!!1!

>specific

HOLY SHIT OP THIS IS A FUCKIN ABOMINABLE OUTRAGE
HAVE YOU TRIED NOT BEING A SELF SHITTING MAN CHILD WHO COMPLAINS ON AN ANNONYMOUS IMAGE BOARD ABOUT CHILDREN'S VIDEOGAMES

Yeah, bluetooth is a piece of shit thing that only is meant to work in close range. That shit ain't wifi.

What else is new?
You're telling me this surprises you? Did you never have headphones with your smartphone in your pocket and the headphone acting up?

Better stay close to that console of yours if you wanna play it docked, user.

Works on the PS4, Xbone. How many times, just accept that they fucked up.

>bluetooth for controllers
>in 2017

man Nintendo is as retarded as Sony

they actually did happen in a demo unit, a guy had to be moved closer to the system

youtube.com/watch?v=WAT0B1OyoXA&ab_channel=LinusTechTips

see 4:54

>Design a system so that you can play it at home like a console
>Except you can't play it at the usual distance you play from every other console

Genius Nintendo

Switch BTFO

>play early version game before it is release and finish
>encounter minor bug that will obvs be hammered out before the final

WAAH Y IT NO WORK NINTENDO REEEEE

lol

>will obvs be hammered out before the final

Also it's a system-level issue, not a game-specific one

>preordering the first version of Nintendo shit
>not waiting for the new improved version they'll release a year later

That guy is sitting too far from the dock.

>Other side of the room you're playing in is too far

or the bluetooth sucks

It's almost as if a console/handheld hybrid was as dumb of an idea as a TV with built in VCR.

>defending nintendo this hard for huge FUCK UPS
you nintendo drones never cease to amaze me

Or he's too far away.
Are you that much of a fatass where you can't move?

the dualshock 4 works great at that distance

nah i don't think so.
all my other console's controllers would work fine

I'm sure it does

So has the console released yet or what? Is this a common issue?

It has released.
Affecting about 1 in 5 consoles right now

> buy ps3
> heat death after 1 year of medium use
> Sony gives you thee finger
> still shell out money for a replacement

Sony ponies in denial?

Oh wow, that's a fucking huge number, amazing how they manage to let something like this slip by.

Currently Nintendo is telling affected users to sit closer to the dock

Yeah it does, to test it I picked it up, moved to other room and told my brother to tell me whenever I moved Ryu around.

He would tell me as soon as I pressed the button.

So yeah, it does work very well from a distance.
