There's a lot of shitty episodes in adventure time. Sort of like super long animes with filler arcs AT is basically 80% filler.

The newest episodes are some of the best episodes I have ever seen. Revealing an amazing amount of information regarding the history and lore of the AT universe.

At the end of the day you gotta remind yourself that this is a kids show and theres gonna be retarded episodes with no story to appeal to kids. Having said that though there are tons of great episodes that are not main story where they are just adventuring around having a good time.

Me and a friend have been quoting this since we first saw this episode, which was like 6 years ago now. Also this specific episode apparently aired on my birthday, so that's neat

Worth watching the rest of the series? Watched S1 & 2 when they were airing. Didn't bother with S3 and onwards

It's a fun sorta feel good show to watch. There are parts of the show I don't care for like the romance arcs, and some other parts.

I usually watch it when I make some food and need something to sit and watch while I munch.

You literally can't defend that episode, and you have to admit it deleted like 2 years of characterization.

Once Flame Princess breaks up with Finn drop the show it goes to trash. Up until then its pretty good.

Sugar ruined the show with the Flame Princess shit. Thankfully the show got good again in season 7. And the Islands mini series was fantastic. Finn finally has his robot arm too.
