I wouldn't say anti-hikki/otaku but really one that shuts out their own issues with distractions or media. The main character of the video is laying about, doing nothing while fictional women escort him to a world of pleasure, violence and defilement completely seperate from himself. He's simply engrossing himself in that world since he can dictate what happens in it easily compared to reality yet still has dead eyes.
