Both of these can carry you through the fight.

Also isn't there Fog Breath you can use? Also pretty sure that was right before the Matador fight.

How unfortunate to encounter Raidou

I think Fog Breath requires a few more levels than what the average player would be at when they hit Matador. Plus at that point in the game it eats up MP like a bitch and Matador can just Red Capote or Dekunda it away anyways, making it a waste.

You're better off bringing yourself up to his level with Sukukaja rather than having to constantly bring him down to yours.
