Are there any other games where a story has an ungodly amount of plotholes and logic is thrown out of the window?

There are no plotholes in LiS

...

name one pussy

Max's hole that I will be plotting thoroughly

Only one? I could write 10 books on them.

>go back in time and save chloe's dad
>fast forward to the future (which isn't explained, just happens), max (an introvert) is now in the vortex club (a very extrovert group) and chloe is a cripple, not to mention the questions that arise from how max is currently in her spot in this reality
>hmm, maybe i can stop chloe from getting injured too!
>doesn't and doesn't even consider it for a second

There are like 5 more scenarios where this exact same situation occurs. And if you bring up the tornado, that brings up even more plotholes.

>game comes out
>v loves this piece of shit wannabe hipster garbage
>that one fag makes the life is tumblr video
>now v hates it

youre all fags

Yes. All of them.

>playing games for the story

>change the past
>character also changes slightly
>plothole

and none of the time shit was explained, that isnt one either. and she didnt want to try and change the past that much again because of how much it fucked things up, trying to change it even more might just make it irreparable

keep trying though, sport

Butterfly effect

>time travel butterfly effect fiction has plot holes

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW

I still like it, but I generally stay out of threads because fuck waifufags.

the irony is that it doesnt

She can only travel back to distant events via photographs, and once the event captured in that photo ends she is forced back to the present.

I hated Episodes 1-2 but I loved the rest because Chloe grew on me.

Episode 4 was the best one.

I don't really know of any plotholes because it's time travel and i just dont care, whats the point. The wrath of god storm destroying the town was really stupid and out of place imo.

danganronpa

...

>no ending where you go back in time and ghetto stomp the butterfly from the start

>trying to change past again makes it worse

But that's wrong. The end literally is to change the past (which would make things worse according to you, but the game claims it fixes everything?) or accept the current fate. The current fate (tornado) vision also happened BEFORE Chloe got shot. So is it a vision of a determined future event or an effect of the Chloe incident? And if it is directly a result of the Chloe incident, then why would the vision come BEFORE it's root cause happens. That means it is must be a future fate that can't be changed, meaning Chloe dying doesn't deter that event.

Furthermore, why not just tell people of the tornado event? Not once did they try this, they were too busy with their Rachel shit and at the end were like "oh shit, I didn't think people would die to this tornado lol", which by the way would logically be the true ending and solve ober half of their problems. Snitch on tje bad guys, they get jailed, tell people a tornado is coming (convince them by telling them the truth and proving it, they have almost a week to do that), happy ending. And that leads me to ask how the fuck would Chloe know the outcome of her just dying? This one is a reach, but seriously. If this tornado is a determined fate, what would her dying in the first place even do?

They really dropped the ball on the tornado. It's like by the end of episode 2, they forgot to address it existed and was crucial to the end.

How did she come to the conclusion that the butterfly caused the tornado?

To show Max that you can't change the past

Literally every David Cage game.

Omikron
Indigo Prophecy
Beyond Two Souls
Heavy Rain

You name it.

Any story involving time travel.

Then why would "they" (whatever it is) give her powers to begin with? And why teach her this at all? She hasn't spoken to Chloe in 5 years. Why would she suddenly want to have changed the past? I know you'll say to stop the bathroom incident, but again, it all comes back to what the fuck is the point?

Life is just strange sometimes man
