We've been over this, FFXIII had the same thing. Nipples tend to be added because it makes modeling the breasts easier.

They're also used as a point of reference for female characters with partially naked transformation sequences so they know what to cover. Considering Gentiana has a naked transformation this is most likely why they're there.

Buying a game to support a dev is one thing, it is kinda pain in the ass to get the correct version, get the crack working, deal with some cracked bugs, etc that's usually not worth it; but when you have literal hundreds of dollars worth of cosmetic DLC, then it becomes worth it to get the pirated version to work.

The pirated version of DOA5LR honestly offer more values for having all DLC costumes, nude mod, private beach paradise or whatever /e/ mod, ability to mix/match bikini top/bottom, and pick what kind of tan the girls have

This is one example but MANY games with DLC have their DLC assets already on-disc. The actually DLC are a couple files, if not flags/keys to unlock the content.
