Yes, but the gameplay is shallow and repetitive. If like fetch quests in bland, generic environments so you can grind enough various materials to craft the same armor you're currently using just a different shade with slightly altered stats, this game might be your jam. Yes, the writing is absolutely terrible. Yes, all the characters are annoying Mary Sues. Yes, the game is lazy. But if you like mindlessly grinding, the are worse ways to spend your time.

The maps are the best part of the game, but there's not really much to do except "kill amount x of y" quests.
Loot you find pretty useless, since you get the best equipment (basically from the start if you have enough gold and the black emporium DLC) through the crafting system.

DA2 is kinda that way. DAI isn't though.

You can "romance" Harding, but there will be no kissing / sex scene / acknowledgement by other characters. Also every other major romance will overwrite hers without questioning you beforehand.

Warrior with the Reaper specialization. You rip into your enemies with giant red fangs. Every hit makes you lose health, while making you hit harder with lower health. Rip and tear!

As in heterosexual? Yes most characters have a specific orientation so it's not like in DA2 where everyone is bisexual but you don't really have many options.

All that said the core gameplay is dull as shit. The entire game plays like an offline MMO and the story isn't really gripping either.
