GTA V

I really liked GTA V despite short missions, bad trash multiplayer named GTA Online and not open buildings.

I liked Trevor and Michael, the weapons, easter eggs, wild life, music and radio stations.
I looking forward to GTA VI.

Lets discuss about GTA V.

I wish the desert was bigger and there were more small towns.
There's nothing grand about the grand senora.

>muh clunky delayed movement: the game

What do ya mean

...

OP here, i really like these easter egg, even the paint.

>no DLC for Las Venturas or San Fierro

unacceptable desu, not even an open casino.

I am sorry for you losses.
I also wanted DLCs for gta 5, i believed in Rockstar to release some day dlc for gta.

Michael DLC
Trevor DLC
North Yankton DLC
San Fierro DLC
Las Venturas DLC
Zombie DLC

WHAT DOES IT MEAN

I played and completed this on PS3 when it came out, but now I'm thinking about getting on PS4 just for online because it's pretty cheap.

Is it worth it lads? I'd be playing with people I know too.

>WHAT DOES IT MEAN
HOW TO UNLOCK JETPACK!

If you have friends to play with then yes.

why wont a R* dev either leak us the easter egg or confirm it is bullshit, there is no jetpack.
Just let us put the hunt to rest, RDR is coming soon and virtually no one plays single player

Two things I want to say:

1. I don't like the "switch between multiple characters and stories" gimmick, I prefer having 1 main character and that's the one I play, finito.

2. GTA Online was actually a ton of fun, but they should have kept making new heists for it every few months, the heists were amazing but there just were not enough of them.

the characters were unenjoyable and trevor was down right insufferable

also describe franklin as a character without talking about his appearance

yeah man GTAO is really good, fuck what people say. only thing is they have made it just a grind for cash to get cars, where before it wasn't such a grind after you had a few cars from doing missions.
Now they release super fase over priced cars that make all your cars obsolete and cost shit loads of cash

a young disillusioned man who doesn't want to be a stereotypical product of his environment, but just ends up being a hypocrite

GTA V IS COMFY AS FUCK MY user BRETHREN

I really like Trevor and Micheal, they were a funny and badass duo.

Trevor was based as fuck!

Franklin was stupid, dumd and boring.
He should have died, Ending D.

I enjoyed the game overall but the movement is trash and the lack of SP DLC kinda miffs me.

YES IT FUCKING IS MY FELLOW BROTHER EVEN THE EASTER EGG AND MISSIONS WERE COMFY!

>I really liked GTA V despite short missions
bait threads aren a bannable offense?

And if you dont?

Bait threads? What do you mean?
This aint a bait thread!

You kill yourself

theres been a few threads about this recently, has anything been found since 2013?

Shit's more likely not coming out till 2021.

You underestimate business practice. You don't spend time and resources making one item... just to come out with another one a few years later. You want to try and milk that first product for as much money as you can. Then once it has been drained of all its purchase potential, you make an over product, while lightly promoting the first one still until the second one is ready.

>SA's desert is bigger
ree

I only said: i looking forward to gta 6, not it will release in 20XX!

I got a ton of hours into GTAO after the SP and completely burnt myself out on that world. It's a fantastic game and my most worthwhile purchase in gaming.

But I'm done with Los Santos now. Doesn't matter how many times they chop and screw it up. GTAO is dead now.

Hang yourself

Good god the map was so fucking disappointing. Trevor was a trash character too, someone dialed to 10 the entire game gets tiresome quick. He was better when he was subtle and only went full-on-rage a bit, but this only happened in a mission or two.

Desert was trash
No interiors
Worse physics
Can't repo your car
No fun allowed police
No fun allowed cheats
last gen radio sucked
GTA Online sucked/unplayable
Character costumes changed every time you switched
World could have been bigger, wasn't interesting/detailed anyway
Every area was so small it ended the moment you were starting to feel the vibe

6/10

now fuck off

Greatest game of all time based off sheer effort and scale alone. [inb4 a preteen or a retard takes this statement out of context]

But anyways for a game which aims for such 1:1 realism you'd be surprised just how much charm and nuance it has. It took me nearly 4 years to realize that fact, but damn. All things considered though, based off the trajectory sparked from Online, GTA VI may either be R*'s magnum opus or an absolute blunder of tremendous proportions.

I'm good faggot

it would have been amazing if it had :

less focus on online content
gta 4's physics
max paynes shooting mechanics
slight/moderate gore

I recently replayed vice city, San andreas and then I booted up V on my pc a few weeks later. In direct comparison, V is kinda bad.
The story lacks focus, it's all over the place compared to San andreas. The side activities and strangers are so bland too.
Los Santos looks stunning but it all falls apart when you start taking a walk. It feels lifeless really quick for some reason. It doesn't have the charm San andreas has and there's nothing to explore. It's just an impressive looking place without substance.

Trevor is so over the top it stops being funny, Franklin is a non character really and Michael is awfully predictable and gets angry way too fast. I can't remember much of the other side characters in V except Lamar, who's a far cry from the Grove street set. He just says 'nigger' a lot and has Ryder-tier schemes but even worse and generally unfunny. I can bring up more San andreas characters which is saying a lot. They we're just far more memorable. Everyone in V is an asshole while San andreas had characters you cared about.

I was amazed at how quickly I got back immersed in San andreas because of it's story and world building. V never drew me in and felt like a chore to play at some points.

The online is a nice attempt but it's ultimately broken due to the very young playerbase mostly.

Just ordered it because of your reply.

they added businesses to gta online. i can now produce and sell meth and coke while running a car business where i steal and resell cars

its pretty fun

The one thing the game needed was more civilians. But I guess you can hold last gen consoles accountable for that issue.

When I'm on a boardwalk in GTA VI, I want it to actually feel like I'm on a boardwalk, not a highschool hallway.

pheew.... Thank god we all know your opinion now

good luck, you have kind of missed the game though, would have been best to be in it from the beginning. There is a lot of stuff in it now, and my guess is that most people who play it will be long time players. So you will be a noob in every situation.
Not that it matters, you can go in passive mode any time, but death matches, heists etc you will not do so well.

I remember watching the trailers in 2012 with my brother
youtube.com/watch?v=QkkoHAzjnUs&ab_channel=RockstarGames
we imagined what will the game be like and doing stuff. explore places.

one thing I didn't like it that all building have too much dirt on them.(like a soot )

>tfw flying around the countryside in small airplane

comfy levels are maximum

Like content included in a game that was released 10 years before this one's release should be extracted and reestablished as paid DLC.
No thank you. There's already enough Jews where I live.

>that moment when you realise the single player/most prominent aspect of GTA has been completely disregarded and thrown into the abyss.

A larger map with a lot less in it.

>ENT that lets you make it snow in singleplayer
>tfw driving/flying about while in a winter wonderland

It's a good feeling.

The map wasn't big enough for me to get this feeling. The area of "countryside" in between the city and desert is just so fucking puny to even be considered countryside

If it were up to me the entirety of Mount Chiliad would be flattened and replaced with a sprawl of desert like Bone County in San Andreas. That would be functionally and aesthetically better than a shit unexplorable mountain that takes up a large portion of the "wilderness" section of the map. Would also improve the map altogether tenfold.

Despite the objectively small size of 2004's San Andreas, it felt 3x as big as 2013's "San Andreas".

Sometimes you need a whole lot of nothing before you get to the good parts.
If every day was Christmas, it would be boring on week3.

-some fag, 2017

What a shitty excuse.

Agree on getting rid of the mountain, but I'd rather have a bigger city area and slightly bigger desert instead of just making the desert bigger.

This. Games are better off shorter with more memorable events close within each other than a large drag of absolutely nothing until that one part that you'll remember the game for.

Man I fucking wish there was a big empty desert to just cruise in.
The one in SA was too compact and V's is even smaller.

Go fuck yourself homo

No you're not, you sick pedo.

>finally a female protagonist in GTA VI
>walk through a poor neighborhood after dark
>suddenly wild nigger appears
>punches you in the back of the head
>your character falls down
>drags your character to the bushes near by
>violently rapes your character right in front of your eyes
>after that, every time you visit that neighborhood, all the niggers mock you for getting raped and threaten to do it again
>at some point they might even gangrape your character because why not

Game about a huge open world, forest is 10 meters square.
Gee, great, the fucking immersion is so real.

Sure, they COULD add little things here and there to make it less empty, just some random signs of life, even if abandoned shacks and shit.
But too much of that would look atrocious.

I bet you are a city fag as well, you scum. Get out in to the country side, breathe that fresh air, your brain needs it.

I didn't like the gunplay
I didn't like the 3 protagonists
I didn't like that there was only 1 city instead of 3
I didn't like the absence of creepy foggy woods
I didn't like the empty desert
I didn't like the online focus

Also less technology than GTA IV, real shame.

I liked GTA:Online.
I look forward to RDR Online.

i feel like they could have made trevor far more morally complex and deeper as a whole because his template and backstory allows for it, but they just ended up making a retard most of the time - he's still the only character i ever played regardless, on top of his character archetype his special ability is the only good one outside of driving since the AI is aggressively and will blast the shit out of you and michael's slow time just isn't helpful enough to stop that

The worst part is that 50% of the map is taken up by mountains, and there isn't even anything interesting on most of them either. They should have gotten rid of a few of the mountains and stretched out the desert and added a few more smaller towns. Make the forest bigger too, while you're at it.

Part of what made SA's map feel bigger despite being much smaller was how diverse the areas felt. You had plenty of interesting terrain to travel loaded with lots of secrets.
