While its not the whole game, I thought the dwarven section+origins (especially the dwarf noble) of Dragon Age Origins was really fun, though depending on your tastes, the deep roads can be a massive chore on subsequent playthroughs.

I would say this would be one of the best dwarf experiences in a game. For Rts the Lord of the ring ones have nice dwarf factions. Battle for middle earth 2 especially.
