up your ass faggot

>triforce heroes
>part of the timeline
nice joke lamo

Why does it matter?

That's official.
This image is a translated version of an image posted by Nintendo in 2015 or 2016.

It's a convergence of all three timelines.

Like it or not. it is part of the canon timeline

In the end it doesn't matter too much but it's fun to think about and shows connections between games

Somewhere after Twilight Princess maybe even further than Four Swords. Twilight Princess' the arbiter's grounds are found in the desert with the broken mirror remains.

So aonuma said it's after Ocarina of time and has no connection to wind waker. That leaves the child timeline and the downfall timeline. Most people online are leaning towards the bottom of the downfall timeline

100 years after failure

>three forked timeline
cool meme bro

What about the Rito and the Koroks in the game? That makes me confused...

it's the official timeline

Yeah, that part is still confusing but I suppose they could have developed in this timeline. Anyone have any explanations?

this makes the most sense, all the different weapons and magics like adventure of link, highly explorational, etc.

koroks and kokiri are basically the same and are easily interchangeable so they're insignificant to the argument. the Rito on the other hand are harder to argue for but Twilight Princess HD added the mural including them so it's possible they existed with similar origins but from a different land other than Hyrule

for all we know he could have re-awoken in downfall from another line

Why does anyone care about this timeline bullshit, it doesn't even make sense how they split after OoT, link doesn't ever fail in OoT, and he always turns back into a child and never stays an adult, having different endings would be one thing, but there is only one single ending for each game, having all these what ifs for only one game is retarded, plus since you can only go down the child path, that technically makes over half of the series non-canon since Link doesn't stay an adult and doesn't fail.

Where did he said it hasn't connection to Wind Waker? Source, please.

Just because he doesn't stay as an adult doesn't mean that timeline ends.

How would that timeline not end?

Think DBZ user. Future trunks went back in time, but didn't fix his timeline.

Because the babies don't want to accept that they've been playing the exact same shit over and over for the last 30 years.

i'll see if I can find it. it was a while ago

hopefully it goes in the trash can where it belongs

It is a convergence of downfall and child timeline after Zelda 2 and TP. It is Zelda 3

>If there’s one element long-time fans of the series haven’t missed in the trailers/videos for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, it’s the various elements from The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, such as the Koroks or the Deku Tree seeds. When asked whether that meant there was a link between the two games, Aonuma confirmed that… there wasn’t any.

That wouldn't make sense for plenty of reasons

But that is the truth

Source?

is there a way to play Skyward Sword on Dolphin without shit controls?

Soft reboot

SS is part of both canons. BOTW is the official "start" of a new timeline / canon, which is why elements from all three are in it.
