theres no support for scripting motion in objects that arent actors outside of havok. car mods and similar work by constantly having invisible explosions behind the object to push it along lol

Are there any mods that reduce NPC accuracy? JSawyer Ultimate is great but it'd be nice if I don't have to play a sneaky character every time just so I don't die in two seconds from Fiends sniping me from 100 yards away with a 9mm SMG.
