I like most of the visual look but the commander art seems pretty bad. Either way I'm happy to see someone developing an AW-like game.

If there's modding support then I'm all for it.

Given there are multiple campaigns and both online and local 4 player multiplayer exists, probably so to give choice to the players.

The art is a thing I can understand.

Looks good. I'm usually not interested in games that copy another game so blatantly, but if Nintendo doesn't want to make another Advanced Wars for some reason, I will happily give my money to people who will.

Though I really don't like the generic medieval setting. The war theme was more fun somehow.

I prefer modern or futuristic settings for my turn-base strategy.
I'll still pick it up as long as it doesn't have RPG elements. I prefer the self-contained skirmishes of Advance Wars or Codename Steam instead of Fire Emblem type stuff.

It's shit. You should get a choice of Commander, Marshall, Tactician, Diplomats, Court Mages, Spymasters, Quartermaster, etc each one giving a small bonus. Commander, Marshall and Lieutenants can be fielded as Hero units.

Stardew Valley is just about what people were asking Marvelous to do gameplay wise for years though. That is, stick with the FoMT formula but add new features. HM:DS is about the closest they got with it, but it was so ridden with bugs that it was a moot point. As for gays, there isn't anyone in the game that's gay without player input Also

Every time I see people asking on the steam forums about it, people admit it's more or less a 1:1 copy of FoMT or at least Harvest Moon, no hate involved. You're talking out of your ass there. I will say the art style is horrendous, at least as far as the portrait art goes. Whether you think mods are a suitable replacement for it or not is your own thing.
