According to leaks, Tearaway Unfolded and Disc Jam (a slower 3d version of windjammers) are both the """free""" games of March.

yeah well, never listen to those "leaks" man, they are just clickbait
True, but its also such a dumb thing to "leak."

Personally, I'm excited to play both of these games. I heard generally positive things about Tearaway but it definitely does not look like its more than five bucks.
>Disc Jam getting out that many people
That would be the best possible thing to happen to the frizbee genre!
The leaks have never been right.
It's fucking nothing, the leak is probably right then.
Tearaway Unfolded is like 10-15 bucks. I always wanted to try it out but there's either too much to play or I forget it exists.
is tearaway unfolded different from the vita tearaway?
i did really like the vita one
I think it has some different puzzles because of the controller.
I just finished Tearaway on my Vita yesterday and loved it. How does Unfolded work on PS4 since the original heavily relied on camera, gyroscope, touch screen and touch pad? Making you able to reach inside the game world was the critical part of the game.
i fucking hope this isn't true. they both look shit.
This desu.
Mostly the same areas but with changes to accommodate the new gimmicks and wider playing fields along with different scrap puzzles, some new areas entirely, you now have to lead a gopher to places as a side thing, and it's far longer than the Vita version (Like, at least double the length for the story). The only downside to the PS4 version is that the drawing mechanic on the touchpad is very fickle at best and overly sensitive at times, and the Squeezebox is taken from you after the lab almost instantly and it kills your soul when that is by far the most fun way to fight in the Vita version.
Plus no...
Don't know why people carry on with this shit. Is the anticipation of what disappointments are to come just too much that you can't helped but speculate when it'll be announced officially in a day or two anyway?
Does Tearaway have anything over the Vita version?
Also Disc Jam is literally a free open beta right now.
Meanwhile I'm emulating Spider-man 64 for FREE. NO MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED.
Getting my spider splooge all over you haters.
Thanks. How do they do the whole face in the Sun thing without a camera?
It's longer, the gimmicks are different, the areas are much bigger in general, the story and dialogue with all the characters is different (Though the general idea is still the same), and the "ending" compared to the Vita version is like two extra areas.
For an example of extended levels, there's an entire section where you chase a key in the barn level to unlock a special ability that lets you pick up an item, throw it into the controller, and then throw it with the gyroscope at something so you can open up the barn compared to just getting the pumpkin for the scarecrow in the barn itself.
The lighthouse water town is enormous compared to the Vita, there's an entire flying section to different islands at the start, the bar is far bigger, and at the end you pull a The Ten Commandments and part the sea before having it crash on the Scraps chasing after you on horses if I remember right.
The area prior to the Wendingos is enormous and has ships and stuff to look through.
The Lab has some side areas that weren't in the Vita version and rely on different gimmicks for different presents.
The entire ending is extended by a bunch of new levels like "The in between" where everything is just white paper and it forms around you leading you to the last third of the story.
The desert where you find Yellow Head is far bigger, has way more paths, and at the end you get to fly around.
It's stuff like that.
Like this. If you have no camera they don't particularly care, though they do have like two characters who want you to use their phone app to design stuff and have friends design stuff for you. You don't need to use a camera or the app at all though.
How is Disc Jam?
I still pissed you don't get to keep the games.
Devs of Disc Jam at least at one point said that it is not going to be f2p, and the price range would be around $15-$20, which would be fucking insane considering what the game is and that Windjammers remaster is coming soon on PS4.
I had decent time with the beta, though 2vs2 was unplayable due shit netcode.
Also to my knowledge, it's made by two people so I expect the launch being a shitstorm and them fixing online issues is going to take time.
How is anyone actually looking forward to this sub-bargain bin tier garbage? Have you people seen what Xbone gets as their free games?
