Good faces on a figure cost actual money, limited edition figures can't be that costly to produce or they wouldn't be profitable. It's why so many are garbage.

The only time you get a good quality figure with a game is when it's a specific brand that has consistent quality and the figure is something like a Nendo petit rather than a 1/8th scale.

It's not reliable work and it's really more of a luck of the draw type thing.
