The MGS2 style bait and switch was pretty shitty. The game was sold and promoted on 2B, then it turns out she's only one of 3 protagonists and outright killed off after her section is over.
9S going batshit was pretty cool, but after he was such a beta orbiter for Toobie it's was to see him as anything else.

20 hours for Ending A without rushing, doing some side quests etc
Another 5 or 6 hours for Ending B
Another 10 for ending C/D/E
Another 20 for completing everything else unless you just buy all the trophies
Playing as Toobs is basically the same as playing as A2.

A2 just isn't the same.
I think it's because I got so attached to 2B from a character perspective before the game even came out. I genuinely cared about what happened to her. That kind of attachment never formed with 2A, she wasn't given enough screen time.
