There are a lot of options in WoW but there was one Cata dungeon with a cringeworthy female dragon boss voice at the end. Blizzard kind of pioneered the whole make a software engineer or family member do VA thing but that one was just bad. I think it was in the lower left zone and wasn't the one where you turn into dragons.

Pokken Tournament's story mode and announcer voice acting is terrible in every language, even many japs prefer the non-Japanese tracks just like how the westerners prefer the Japanese track, because they can't tell how terrible it is outside of their native language.
