MiniNES was a hit with casuals who haven't gamed since the 16 bit era. They're now full of disposable income and nostalgia. The Switch is not inherently nostalgic by any means---in fact it fancies itself as futuristic with its multiple modes of play and such. That aforementioned crowd wants nothing to do with new games. The Switch will not be a similar financial hit...it will do well but will not pierce the mainstream like the MiniNES did.
