What does the Blood Moon actually do? I've seen it twice and the moon goes back to normal immediately after the cutscene. I didnt see an increase in monsters either.

Also, when do I get access to better armor? everything either one shots me or 2 hits. I've been exploring instead of going to kakariko to talk to impa. Ended up in Zora's Domain
Is there any weapon crafting? I've been holding unto the metals and gems I collect instead of selling them in hopes of using them to craft weapons but I have yet to get to such a thing.

It just respawns the camps and monsters you already killed. If you didn't realize the monsters you kill, stay dead.

You can thank the switch for that. The gamepad would've been perfect for inventory management, but that alone would decisively make it the definitive version.

Not really, no. Its not that useful. just a buncha crap materials/food most of the time. but the older zelda amiibos are cheap so its really up to you in the end.

The only weapon that doesn't break is the Master Sword but you can't use it everywhere since it runs out of energy and you have to wait for it to recharge, what a stupid nerf to the most iconic weapon of the series
Only place it doesn't run out of energy is fighting Blights or Calamity Ganon

frame drops are only when on a tv and from what i can tell when a lot is going on like combat in a rainy place and you are running really sonic fast, they dont happen (at least from what ive noticed) in handheld mode
