Probably. You need to understand when people talk about "emulating games" they generally don't talk about just running them in native mode but rather improving the rendering resolution, applying AA, etc.

It really doesn't, most games will run just fine on a current gen i5 that goes to 3.3ghz at least.

It's only the more demanding games or when you wanna try upscale shit that 4ghz becomes necessary.

Mine isn´t 6 years old, but is a unimpressive shit, the best I could get for 600 dollars, last time I tried to run CEMU (like a year ago) nothing worked.

CEMU (whilst not perfect) has made strides in that time. Simply watch the performance of Wii U games on some later versions (1.62+) over on YouTube and you will see how far the software has come.
