Suicide button

What games have a proper suicide button? Which one is the most disturbing?

The only one I actually know of is DayZ. You can take any gun or sharp object and press the suicide button, your character then readies themself for it and you left click to stab yourself or shoot yourself.

you can quickslot it to use at the touch of one button

Dragon's Dogma. It was pretty chilling and it had a purpose as well.

World of Warcraft has a item (a knife) that allows you to kill yourself, I use it to wipe myself in failing raids to avoid repairs.

Isn't there a multiplayer zombie game that let's you commit suicide if you're infected?

It's an item you get for (I think, been ages) defeating grigori, you can use it an any point after that to kill yourself
