Greatsword is more aesthetic, but it requires higher stats to weird and weighs significantly more than the Zweihander.

There's a dearth of viable strength weapons in DaS1, and the decent ones weigh a metric fuckton and can really gimp your build if you want to fastroll, and the increase in attack damage doesn't really offset the barrier to entry.

And don't even get me started on DaS3 removing poise, thereby getting rid of the one thing strength weapons had going for them.

i prefer the painting guardian sword for my dex weapon but the moveset on that thing aint no joke

im playing with no multiplayer mods or 3rd party shit and i get messages and stains
i get no messages or stains in oolacile/dlc areas though

without mods the pc version connects much differently than the console versions.

its complicated, but heres the practical result. on console you see a lot more messages and get invaded/co-op a lot more. but those people are from texas or california or wales or japan or hawaii. in dark souls pc youre far far more likely to get a better connection but youll also be limited to players close to you.
