I like how other, more confident and equally competent developers would outright tell you how they changed resource acquisition, proudly.
thats because if they could 90% would kill the nigger
They made it like No Man's Sky since the hype for that was high during development and then when people saw that it was shit and not fun they didn't have time to fix it.
Why the fuck aren't you using some sort of ad blocker?
Killing minorities is a no no for a progressive company like Bioware.
AI is usually so shitty that if they could die, they would instantly because of dumb shit.

Well if you actually read it he's just saying you don't have to make any choices in this one that will kill off some of your team similar to ashley vs kaiden, or probably like ME2 if fucking up your choice your team can die on the suicide mission, etc.
I mean that's not that bad of a thing really. Stuff like your team being able to die in ME2 is neat, but if they forced a ashley vs kaiden situation on you in every game it would be too repetitive and silly.
New fetish found.
What's her name ?
>Fortunately
Cuck
Imagine what would happen if the man was spitting on a woman.
It looks fun.
You couldn't post it on a blue board.
And if you read what the article says you'll see that it says "companions can't die". So from a narrative point of view, all of the stakes are gone from the get go since you know nobody can die.
So it's like 90% of rpgs? Cool.
>90% of shitty rpgs
>Fortunately, players won't have that kind of heart-wrenching experience in Mass Effect: Andromeda

You know, there was actually supposed to be an option to save both Kaidan and Ashley in ME1. There are voice lines for it and everything. But Bioware back then wasn't complete shit yet and probably realized a bit of consequence is a good thing when your game's biggest selling point is choice.
Did knowing shepard couldn't die make ME1-3 bad?
>poopoo peebee is immortal
>Comparing main protagonist to a squad mate.
Having the option to save both if it was very risky or required you to do something clever earlier would have been great though.
It looks better than 3
ASARI HAVE LAYERS
I don't blame them for this.
After ME2 they got fucked because of how open ended it was. It was possible to finish that mission with JUST DLC characters and Miranda left alive.
Why should squad mates have weaker plot armor?
That was great, I loved watching some people die.
>Not shrek
I would probably use the nigger if he is decent enough and of course the ayys.
But what if you /want/ these shitty-ass characters to die?
I wouldn't blame them to if these characters were somewhat good.
But instead we have asari with a brain of 12 yrs old, kill the patriarchy Cora, "Crisis Specialist" Liam and others.
Anyway it's always good to see your squadmate die because of your poor decisions, bonus points if your LI dies.
>fortunately
lol what
the thing about it though was that kaiden and ashley were both uninteresting and incredibly boring and lacked any kind of personality compared to everyone else in me1. its like they got the writers of star trek voyager onboard and sucked the personality of the humans and injected it all into the aliens
It's more do to with story consistency.
Remember all the people from previous games that showed up in ME3? They need alternate characters for every single of one of them. Increases the workload.
>heart-wrenching
>choosing between DEM AYYLMAOS GOTTA GO, GOD SEZ SO DEY'Z AN AFFRONT TAH GOD! and [insert personality]
I only kept Kaiden because he didn't have enough personality to get on my nerves, unlike racist McCuntface.
>Name one positive thing about this game
You don't have to play it.
>fortunately
Fuck that cunt for just eating it out of Bioware PR's ass like that. Basically they just don't want to create more work for themselves when they transfer any decisions over to the sequel. It's not like they did it well in the first place as they copped out and just placed stand ins where the actual character would be.
This also means that if they do decide to eventually make a scenario where a they kill off a character there will be no way to prevent it.
I was expecting something along the lines of "sacrifice other troops/automated weaponry/chance at succeeding at mission to save other squad member".
>unlike racist McCuntface.
