idk how dx still manages to have so much aesthetic appeal and charm when it's clearly such an old looking game. maybe it's just because the general low fidelity and few effects emphasise all the little details more than many newer games with ambient occlusion and depth of fart etc.

Man I never finished this game. So many quests involve going all over the map, and in a game where going anywhere just destroys your time limit I'm not down with that.
I might pick it up again with a walkthrough. Just a simple "go here then here" list. Take the stress out of travelling somewhere just to realize it's another list of quests that require you to fuck off.
