Was getting this at launch a mistake?

>Was getting this at launch a mistake?

Getting any console at launch is a mistake

Splatoon 2 in like 2 weeks

>was getting a console with one game (which you can play for free on its predecessor) a mistake?

Yes. Most consoles are. First gen usually has hardware issues that get sorted out and barely any worthwhile games on it.

>Was getting this at launch a mistake?
You're kidding, right?

Only people who legitimately bought it were kids that wanted to not be left out because every other kid got one from their parents.

No sane adult would get something with no games.

>getting any console at launch
LMAOing @ ur life

>>Street fighter 2: The final challengers in 2 months
Does any human being actually want this?

Only if you are one of those people that already managed to get 100 hours into BotW

Meanwhile games get released faster than I can play them...

Getting it at all may have been a huge mistake. Time will tell, but I find past actions to be far more telling. It will end up exactly like WiiU.A few good games hardly worth admission.

I want it for Fire Emblem, SMT, and the next Smash. I also wanna play the new Zelda. I'm pretty sure they said the next mainline FE was giong to be on the Switch but also Fire Emblem Warriors since I've wanted an FE musou forever.

>Wii U port for full price
>SNES port with MUGEN characters for $50
>Sequel to a mediocre new IP that couldn't save the Wii U
>Everybody is English: the game
>Samba de Amiibo

depends on how much you enjoy beta testing the software and hardware

Yes

>Buying a console for one game
>Ever

>Ever

I mean you have to be a complete idiot to buy a literal Zelda machine, there's nothing els until idk August when (and if) they decides to release splatoon.

Mario is not coming this year I can sure you that.

Blaster Master Zero is $10 and Fast RMX is $20, that should hold us over till puyo and mk8.

Plus splatoon has testfires at the end of March.

>game is announced to be gold
>they aren't releasing it

>Mario on Gold
[citation needed]

Think user meant splat2n

this

Googling "Mario oddessy gone gold" brings up 3+ articles right at the top.

>tfw Zelda is amazing
>tfw you're playing shovel night for their rest time and it's amazing
>tfw Fast Racing RMX is super fun and challenging
>tfw I Am Setsuna scratches your JRPG itch nicely.

It's not a launch to end all launches. But I've been satisfied.

Eh, if you really wanted to play the new Zelda that badly and don't mind it collecting dust afterwards, then no.

In all other cases, yes. That money could've been spent on other consoles, towards a good PC, other good games (going to be a busy time).

Do you enjoy breath of the wild or not

who the fuck would want to play street Fighter II in 2017?

>Buying a console when its the most expensive, when it has no games and its the most faulty

Just return or resell it if you dont like it. Should be able to get most of your money back if you sell it now.

Oh wait, you dont actually have one, and this is a shitposting thread. Carry on!

You're a pretty silly guy OP.

>Do You Like Zelda?
NOT A MISTAKE

>Do You Not Like Zelda?
WHY ARE YOU SO RETARDED WHY WOULD YOU BUY THIS NOW

>Xenoblade 2
Came out already
