Actually, that would be funny plot for the comic! Imagine, Magicka turns into the Scrooge and sneaks into mansion, locking off Scrooge somehow and screaming that Magicka turned into him vault and he managed to lock her inside. He is thrown into prison. He must escape and convince everybody that HE IS true Scrooge.

Anyone since Scrooge doesnt kill people. He only has salt in his gun. That said, considering that Magica has taken it several times, any character with magic should be able to do it. Also, competent heist guys should probably be able to, since Scrooge is only used to the incompetent Beagle boys.
