Not really an ancient evil, depending on how you play... but "Aragami" let's you play as an ancient spirit of vengeance, it's hardcore stealth with some evil powers for you to use, but it's possible to complete levels without killing anyone.
Bonus, you have a QT accompanying you telepathically through the game.

In any TES you can steal from everybody and kill everyone in the world and have fun flying around and spawning some monsters in the middle of a town, waiting until everyone is dead then reviving everyone and repeating. Oblivion and Skyrim allows you to make rape dungeons.
Fable allows you to go straight evil route, become friendly with people and then make them follow you to be sacrificed at a temple so you can get a cool bow to kill everyone in town with and then buy all their houses.
