If they dont want dps queues to go up to 12 hours they need a tank or healer included with the expansion.

dps queues for story dungeons were already close to 2 hours for the HW launch imagine how much worse it's going to be with 2 dps and samurai being even more popular than dark knight.

Coddling DPS just makes the problem worse in the long run.
I remember waiting over one hour in the queue for LFR in WoW where it was 2 tanks for 18 DPS.

It's "when accompanying a pugilist" and you need another one.

Not sure, but you can check by yourself if the Chemisty effect lit up or not when you're in mission sortie menu.
