>literally an overclocked Wii U years behind the competition in hardware, sold by gimmicks
No, it's the Wii 2.0
Were you not around for the Wii and the Wii U?
>Another shit gimmick with less functionality than a chink tablet
lol
Yup, finally I can play a normal Zelda game without forced motion controls that are shit.
Those were toys. Not consoles. They were made to pretend you are playing tennis and swinging your arms around like a retard, not actually play video games
I assume you've never watched a 1-2 Switch or Arms demonstration?
>Those were toys. Not consoles
>He thinks consoles aren't toys
How does one buy a Switch? There sold out everywhere near me.
1-2 switch was literally ONLY made to convince children and old people this can be a replacement for the Wii. Normal people aren't supposed to buy it.
And arms is confirmed to default to traditional controls
Please, tell me what these "gimmicks" are that will prevent people from making real games for the Switch. The Wii and Wii U had motion controls and forced Gamepad implementation to deal with, but the Switch is just a straight up gaming console, even to the point where it doesn't even bother having multimedia shit like Netflix or a web browser. There's no gimmick preventing someone from putting a Steam game or PS4 game on the Switch as seen by all the indie titles and games like Disgaea 5 coming to Switch
>Please, tell me what these "gimmicks" are that will prevent people from making real games for the Switch.
Ancient hardware
Crappy hardware and the same retard motion controls from 2006 that got stale years and years ago.
I'm sure making a game on Wii U tier hardware is appealing when the Xbox One and PS4 are stronger, and the Scorpio is coming out
Not even mentioning the PC.
No, it just has the first actual Nintendo game since the Gamecube. everything on both Wiis was just a motion control proof of concept.
>console
>a fucking turn based RPG with basic as fuck graphics like that runs at 30fps
God, this is just sad.
It's more a handheld than a console.
Why is Sup Forums so hung up on non issues? I get the le ebin shitposting heritage, but there's actual issues with the hardware beyond the joycons and screen scratching.
>Piss poor UI
>Bland eShop that might as well be a link to the eShop website
>SD cards may as well have been a proprietary slot
>No Netflix/YouTube
>3 extra, semi-required attachments with no way of carrying everything conveniently
>Thermal pasting a shit
>Heatsink goes right across the entire system
>Irreplaceable battery
So no one likes the Switch as a handheld? I'm hoping that it's mostly a replacement for the 3DS.
>the pro controller is over half the minimum wage on my 3rd world country
it's not fair
