1-2 switch was literally ONLY made to convince children and old people this can be a replacement for the Wii. Normal people aren't supposed to buy it.

Please, tell me what these "gimmicks" are that will prevent people from making real games for the Switch. The Wii and Wii U had motion controls and forced Gamepad implementation to deal with, but the Switch is just a straight up gaming console, even to the point where it doesn't even bother having multimedia shit like Netflix or a web browser. There's no gimmick preventing someone from putting a Steam game or PS4 game on the Switch as seen by all the indie titles and games like Disgaea 5 coming to Switch
