When does this game get good?

when does this game get good?

When you get a refund

It's good from the start, in which case you should just play something else, it's not for you

i know that you are probably just shittalking but what games do you consider to be good (8/9+)? I wonder what is the taste of a person who cant find fun in / enjoy tw3.

Every time you talk to a female character

When it turns into an actual game instead of an aimless waifuhunt movie simulator

So never.

Never desu, it's same shit next 100 hours

if you reach the point where you're doing stuff for the baron and you don't enjoy yourself, just give up

When you acquire good taste

1. Which version are you playing? The base game or Complete Edition?

Combat is going to feel rough and unrefined until the very last credits. You get better at timing enemy animations, but unresponsive controls are still a problem.

Around when you start fucking Yennefer on a horse.

around the part where geralt wakes up from a dream about yennefer

The gameplay: Never
The world: Only during story missions or bigger sidequests
Characters: From the start

Not him, I hate The Witcher

Solid 8/9s:

Mass Effect
Resident Evil Remaster
Batman Arkham Asylum
Borderlands

nice trolling m8, get the fuck back to 9gag

>dude look at my superior taste lmao

>start playing on Death March
>difficulty wise it's on par with Witcher 2 on normal, except the controls aren't total shit

It just doesn't

When you've played Witcher 1 and 2.

Well the gameplay never really evolves that much, what you're doing in the tuitorial is pretty much the rest of the game, with minimal changes to the combat as you can unlock a new move or spell variation

About 110 hours in.

Why the FUCK do you have such shit taste?

It gets good once you learn how to enjoy RPGs with a well put together universe and lore.

Probably when you stop exploring and just do the main quests and a couple of sidequests.

All the question marks really wore me down, and fighting bandits is the most boring shit ever.

You don't have to do the question marks, that's meaningless filler.

I liked the Witcher 1, mainly because it was comfy, but I had issues with how inconvenient meditating could be, as well as how being near monsters prohibited you from doing anything until they were killed and dead. I liked the alchemy system though.

The combat in Witcher 2 frustrated me to no end half the time, but other times it was almost fun. Lots of technical issues though, crashes, etc. Alchemy sucked too.

How does the third one compare?

Alchemy has turned into timed buffs with a limited number of uses per meditation cycle. The combat is Witcher 2's but polished to a playable but still not very interesting level. Technical issues are not present and the game runs and looks great.

when you stop sucking dick
so for you, never
