It adds to the game a new whole area, a new element (primal magic), a few new enemies, tons of side quests and an amazing new main questline. Not to mention a new race (not playable) and a lot more to the lore of Amalur. Actually, it is better than Legend of Dead Kel. Buy it, you won't regret it.

This. TLAD, TBoGT and UD were all very similar, but TBoGT (and TLAD, honestly, even if to a significantly lesser extent) was the only one that was strong enough that it could stand alone as its own game. You could play TBoGT without ever playing TLAD or IV, but playing Undead Nightmare without playing RDR would be pretty terrible. I mean, you could do it, but you wouldn't understand basically any of the plot.
GTA IV, RDR and FNV will always be the top dogs for DLC imo.
