i barely play 60 fps on 720p with low settings on my laptop (840m- 2GB VRAM) which is 2x power of Switch . i can play for honor at medium graphics 720p, Street Fighter 5 etc.
Switch is based on X1 tech which barely opens Resident Evil 5 on 45 fps

When we first started development on Overwatch, we wanted it to feel just as fun to play on consoles as it is on PC.
Keeping that in mind the Nintendo Switch is NOT a console, it's barely even a handheld. We currently have no plans on re-releasing Overwatch on the Switch, as we don't find it feasible to try to downgrade the game for tablets and smartphones.
