I wouldn't say it's more "corrupt".

It's definitely fucked up and retarded though.

It isn't corrupt at all.

What it is a dysfunctional dystopian vision of social darwinism gone wrong. Being able to fight your own one man war would just lead to total anarchy and chaos.

Why do they call him Armstrong?

[Vous]

>there are people who don't want a army of cyber brazilians

Well, he doesn't write his own speeches.

Big arms
They are strong

>tfw when you realize Snake would have never been able to defeat Armstrong

The Brazilians shall inherit the earth

STANDING

I don't think it's unfair to assume when someone rich and powerful says something obviously dumb it usually have ulterior motives, something to gain from the world their dumb ranting will bring about.

He wouldn't have been able to beat Monsoon or EXCELSUS either. Sundowner, Bladewolf, Mistral, and Sam are debatable. The only one I'm prepared to say he could have taken is Khamsin.

Assuming he fought him with his bare hands, user.
Snake isn't that dumb.

Not only is it corrupt, it's also really stupid if you put even a little thought into it. Mostly because it only benefits those with cyborg enhancements(like him) and everybody else(most of the people who think he's so fucking cool) would be absolutely fucked with nothing to do about it in his ideal world.

Armstrong's nanites literally take minutes to charge up with his green energy bullshit.

He has NEVER shown the ability to do anything with them without charging up first.

Snake would just shoot him or disable the nanites or some shit by fighting smart instead of just running up to punch him like an idiot.

I understand his motivation but I still don't quite get his methods

>destabilize an African country for some reason
>create cyborg child soldiers for some reason
>start war in the Middle East
>capitalize on the hype to get elected president or some shit
>???
>destroy the system

I guess the military-industrial complex is destroyed during that mystery stage? How? They essentially hold more power than the government at this point in the MG-verse.

Give Snake a ton of EMP grenades and a rocket launcher and he could take Monsoon.

The cyborg kids are the "down payment" on his eternal war. The first batch of his perfect people that exist for nothing but fighting, and with enough rage and confusion to lash out at anyone. Sell them off as mercs then watch as they inevitably murder their employers and start rampaging.

I guess. It still doesn't make much sense.

What the fuck are you smoking

SS has plot armor thicker than master chief.

He'd disable excelsius with a well placed C4 charge, and suppress Armstrong's nanomachines with a serum that he just happened to have on him (to suppress his own nanomachines or some BS)

he was too charismatic

Snake almost always lets bosses give their big dumb speeches and power themselves up before the fight. Why on earth would Armstrong be any different?

Monsoon had the best philosophy.

It seemed pretty passive from what I remember. His philosophy was just commentary not anything hat could be tested in action.
>Civilization is based on memes
Fucking duh, what does that have to do with shit you stupid Flip?

I live in Brazil and I would rather die than live in that

Yup. We suck.

Was Armstrong ancap?

>people who actually don't want a world ruled by memes

>not using tu for maximum disrespect

for (You)

Not really

Very, as demonstrated when he destroyed as much tarmac as possible in his giant deadly robot while talking about how he'd use government to destroy government so he could make a truly free america.

I made this during winter break a while back. I know it sucks.

ON THE EEEEDGE

Snake would have shut him down instantly.

Aren't Armstrongs ideals basically just the Chaos alignment from the Shin Megami Tensei games?
