This is me trying to change my phone number. I can't change my number without code. I don't have access to the code as my phone was destroyed. I contacted support. They sent me a message via steam. I cant log in without code.

If you have the account password, you just put that in with the account name at the login of the steam launcher and nothing changes

the authenticater is pretty much all about steam trading, if you lost your password and had an authenticater active you are locked out but other then that you can use your steam account normally if you still know the password

If you don't know the password and don't have access to the phone or email the account is tied to you are fucked

Your screen for the code you need looks like it is from the steam API, not the support site.

It could be a wrong hyperlink, try going to the support site directly instead from your email.
