Performance is very good actually (cutscenes are 30 fps locked for some reason but whatever). The problem everyone is having right now is random white screen crashes. They did post about it:

But although they claim that only AMD users are dealing with it, nvidia users are having the problem too. You can see it from steam forums.

I was talking about pre-rendered cutscenes though, in-game cutscenes are 60 fps as is normal gameplay.
