Sony wins in terms of profitability. I think HZD budget was $47 million while BOTW's was over $100 million. Nintendo won't start making money until they sell 2 million copies.
That said, BOTW is a far superior game. Nintendo seems to care more about their final product than the raw numbers IMO.
