I tried get into it but I never mastered going fast. I dropped it but I won't hold it against the game. I just sucked at the game.
>that ME3 rifle
spot the image made in Garry's Mod kek
FUCK, I DIDN'T NOTICE THAT ONE!
Oh boy, what a disgrace I am. I never bothered looking twice and assumed it was the standard rifle.
I'm thinking about buying this and the original Nier online for PS3 at some point soon. What is it you guys like about this game so much? I know with like 70% certainty I'll like it based on what I've seen and read but I want to gather some more opinions before I fork over any money, since my job pays like shit and I'm not getting many hours lately.
It's everything about how the shooting mechanics always are in contrast with high speed and slow motion while making sure your suit doesn't overheat, and mastering the complexity of it. Plus, it is incredibly stylish WHEN you manage to pull off killing one enemy after another. Eh, I could write a few paragraphs, but this video does a way better job than I would: youtube.com
Thanks user looks very interesting. Will probably pick this up when I get paid next.
You're welcome. Believe, it will enrich your life.
it's the only shooter (T- or F-) in the last 2 decades that's worth playing
I've never played it but I trust my instincts & my instincts say it's rad & has a lot of room for players to master its gameplay. Wish I didn't hate vidya, then I woulda bought whatever console I need to play it.
>qte
woah...
>start playing it as a cover shooter
>feels pretty bland
>end up rocket sliding everywhere shotgun blasting robots faster than sanic
>mfw
I think this is one of those games you can actually 'play wrong'.
Didn't like the weapon upgrade system or the fact that melee eats your energy instantly.
platinum said they were working on a pc port late last year, then nothing at tgs... nothing since
where is it kamiya senpai?! we know you are reading this!!
Source.
Kamiya had nothing to do with it. This was Mikami's brainchild and he left the company to sling mediocre horror games.

WHEEEEEEEERE IS IT
I was expecting a TGS reveal, or christmas surprise, then nothin! NOTHIN!!
yeah I know about kimaki, but kamiya is high up the platinum food chain and actually responded to Sup Forums in the past
he must summon him again!
maybe he can shake someone at platinum until they do the port
>KOTAKU: It would be a good idea to release Vanquish on PC.
>INABA: (smiling) Hrm. I wonder... If you stop recording, I can talk about that. (laughs)"
Wow it's fucking nothing.
Well, melee is overpowered as fuck, so it's fair. And you get quite the hang of it when and how to use it if your experiment a little.
hes fuckin smiling man
read between the lines
its confirmed
but when will we get it!!
If Capcom ported Dragon's Dogma on PC four years after its console release, then Sega can do the same with Vanquish. I hope they do that and make a remaster for the 8th generation in order to play it in glorious 60 fps, like God intended.
Yeah it doesnt have lockon, instead that stupid witch timemechanic which makes it pretty much shit since aiming with a stick is just annoying
At least you tried.
Desperately needed a jump button.
Otherwise gr8 m8 i r8 8/8
Eh, I somewhat understand your desire here. When I finished Vanquish for the first time, I desperately hoped that the sequel would have a suit that lets you fly and be on the ground. With the stylish and fast paced over the top action this would've been a mutligasm.
