which one should I get Sup Forums? Nintendo has ONE awesome game right now but ps4 will get TLOU2 and red dead 2 soon which I've been waiting for. Do like the Nintendo playfulness ecosystem but it doesn't even have the features like DS had for friends. Right now I'm a pc gamer but I'm feeling like I'm done with it since it's become too expensive and the games are getting lame.

If you have the money and patience:

no I don't my computer is dated and I can't play and modern AAA games I'm stuck with valve games and older stuff.

depends on were you live. for example I'm greek and I can easily find discounted / second hand ps4 games because the ps4 is so popular.

desu I feel like the ps4 has already almost all of its good games, so with the ps4 you look at its past and decide whether that makes it worth it to you

the switch just came out, so you look at its future which looks really good even for just the first year

I'm not a fan of jap games really. If Animal Crossing comes out that would make the swtich a buy for me

get the ps4. chances are a weeb and will like the large selection of weeb games on the ps4. i have a switch and a ps4, but there isn't enough games to justify switch over a ps4 yet.

I'm on the same dilemma, but I think I will get the PS4 for its exclusives and the multiplats it has that the switch will never get (Hitman, RDR2 etc)

PS4 has more games, i dont expect developers to want to work with Switch so much. I'd say get a ps4

I'm a PC gamer and I'm getting a switch for portability and good exclusives. Not sure that'll convince you at all though

As a person who owns the switch, if you're penny pinching then just get a PS4. You can get more games more cheaply on that platform. If you want a nintendo console then get a 3ds and an R4 or a Wii and use Homebrew Channel.

Having a switch at this point isn't a 'I don't have many things to play games' console. It's a 'I specifically want to play these games' console. It's a specialized device versus more all-purpose gaming consoles.

If they can impress at E3 and go for a price in the $400 range, they'll be good.

Get a ps4 if you like the games that are currently out, quite a few of thier exclusives are must plays imo.

But if you like nintendos list coming out i would also recommend switch since you can get a lot of hours out of botw if zelda is your thing until they come out.

I'm going to get a Scorpio as my PC and a Switch as my Tablet. Scorpio and Switch are the successful versions of the Shield and Steam Machine.

Is this true? I'm a huge competitive gaming fan. Ex CS champion, go to a lot of FGC tourneys etc, and mobas have NEVER made sense to me. I always saw it as the poor man's competitive game and the genres popularity has baffled me. People would brag all day about their skill then I finally played one and 99% of the people are shitters. I just don't get it.
