Nah dude its a whole lot more than that, it takes everything world 2 did well shoved it out the door and did everything worse. Level design is much weaker, combat is very VERY boring, has these boring ghost chase sections which aren't made well, the game looks dull color wise, I can go on but I think you should just look up gameplay and judge for yourself but it really shows Namco just didn't give a fuck about the game and just gave some two-bit dev the job to make it.
