So i finished the game and i'd like to get all the achivements, for one of them i have to find all the enemies in the game and at the moment i have like 85% of all the datas.
Is there a good wiki with the enemy list and the location on them?
Or maybe someone already finished the game and can post screens about all the enemies here?
I can't find a good wiki atm.

Did Denuvo get cracked yet?
I really want to play this game, but Denuvo is unforgivable.
Just buy the trophies, m8. Everyone else does. Your effort is a waste.
not yet.
You should really buy the game though.
It's worth every money i spent on it.
There is no reason for me to buy trophies if i don't get them with any effort at all.
That's what trophies are.
Awards for your efforts.
I would but I'm exclusively PC and I don't want this kind of behavior being normalized.
i know the gold statue at the amusement park is one lots of people miss
Use autotranslate on the Japanese wiki. It's just much better than the English one.
Small tips: most enhanced versions require you to warp in and out of the area as they are rare spawns.
Models with variants such as Linked-sphere Type show up as only tab in the unit data but have multiple entries. Press the change model button to see which enemies you actually have recorded.
holy shit, i noticed that the map marks it as an enemy but i never beat that shit.
do i have to hack it with 9S?
Apparently there's a weird dragon robot in the forest from what I've heard.
As an almost new player to PC gaming, what's the big deal with Denuvo? So many people are yelling towards it, but i never understood why and had no problems buying games that use Denuvo like Tales of Berseria and Automata.
Yes. It also gives a bajillion exp so you can easily grind to 99 in about 20 minutes.
You're the only one who's going to be "impressed" by your effort since the developers themselves have gone out of their way to invalidate it in the game.
Thanks you man, will look into it.
You realise denuvo has no negative effects on the game?
Literally all it does is prevent piracy and then devs remove it from the game after the launch period.
Normie's don't care, and enough people are buying games with denuvo that choosing to protest by not buying isn't going to change the outcome of the future, where piracy will be impossible. Its going to be normalized whether we like it or not.
Thanks a lot! But i can't really find the enemies tab, sorry if i'm an idiot lel.
pretty sure they patched that already
Found it
Damn son, thanks!
Yeah, i know that, but it's a game i really love so it would be nice to gain all trophies.
>As an almost new player to PC gaming
Control is something that PC players view sacred, and it is something that must remain inviolate.
Console users have almost never had any experience of complete ownership over their devices or software. They didn't care when Nintendo installed region locking chips onto their carts and they didn't care when console developers removed features, because of the potential of exploits.
...
A good portion of Sup Forums are jobless shut ins who don't want to buy games. That's why you see so many threads asking why you haven't hacked your 3DS.
Unlike most other DRM, denuvo really had no effect on the game at all, the only risk is that in the future, their severs might go down and denuvo games would be eventually unplayable. However every denuvo game would be cracked eventually at that point if the creators of the software don't unlock all games before that time comes.
Oh yes, i've already beated that enemy.
It's part of s side mission.
Thanks anyway
Please, just go back to using consoles. Leave our platform alone. Freedom is clearly something you don't care about.
Lel thank you
But what does Denuvo have to do with servers? I mean, it's a single player game, why would it be connected to a server? Is it just to prevent piracy?
Denuvo, I believe, connects to a server to authenticate that the game is legit each time you run the game. Also, the coding of the game is locked behind denuvo. So, if Denuvo's servers go down, and you want to launch your game, too bad, so sad, your game won't be able to authenticate and you're stuck with blueballs
Well that sucks.
But i guess developers would eventually patch the game if that would happen anytime soon so the game can run even without it?
just a guess.
That'll probably be the case. However, nobody really knows when Denuvo will shut down. If, say, Square Enix and Platinum go out of business before Denuvo dies, nobody will be around to patch denuvo out of nier anymore (I think.) If denuvo is able to remove itself from the game, however, it becomes a different story.
Yeah, got the grasp of the situation.
I like the anti-piracy move, but if this will happen anytime soon then i, too, would be mad as fuck against denuvo.
>tfw blow through route A as 2B, never die except once in the tutorial to get the W ending, get a good handle on the combat system, feeling pretty good
>looking forward to trying 9S
>get to Route B and find out I suck dick at hacking
How the fuck do I get good at this?
There's an arcade mode for a reason. Practice.
I didn't.
Plat is really easy to get so fuck these buying casuls
You can move and aim in two different directions
Ok, where the fuck is the crack I'm getting real salty now
How into fishing? I've been stuck at 20% for a long time, I just catch carps and koi carps now. I've been to the subterranean lake and it's the same there
Also what's the best way to farm simple gadgets? I've heard the Royal Chamber is the best but I was there for thirty minutes going by the drop spot again and again and got nothing.
>He can't spend 50-60 dollars
I already had tree sap or whatever I needed so it just told me to hand it in. I did and that enemy unit data just popped in my archive even though I never fought it :(
Hahahahahahahaha
Different places for different stuff.
Oil lake in the desert
Sewers to amusement park
Ocean at the flooded city
all have unique fish. But yes, there's way too many killifish.
Fishing somehow managed to be worse in this game than in the original Nier. Just keep trying. I wouldn't recommending going for 100% unless your time is worthless.
The locations: nierautomata.wiki.fextralife.com
also there's the underground pond.
If DRM means PC gets more ports, then bring on the DRM. I would rather have that than have to deal with nogames.
Fuck, the last game I bought before NieR was fucking Dark Souls 3 from last year.
Its not like anyone has any ownership anymore. The "put a disk in and play" mentality of consoles is gone thanks to fucking install times, and every single PC game worth playing is through steam now.
Fuck that.
The only joy in getting trophies is the experience of 100% a game.
Why would you buy them for a meaningless badge on your profile?
PC player here, you are a thief and nothing more.
I was wondering where his entry had come from
Aren't they really expensive though?
You have to hack an enemy then while hijacking it back hack the statue.
Funny because I have more ownership over my console games than I have over Denuvo-riddled PC games
Money becomes a non-issue in C when machine cores sell for 20K a pop.
At the end-game the prices are negliable. I did most of the achievements legit, but bought stupid bullshit like looking up 2B's skirt enough times or playing 9S in his undies for long enough.
Also the pod upgrade one. Fuck that, after I had spent so much time farming for the weapon upgrade materials, I'm not gonna farm for even rarer pod upgrade stuff.
Make up better excuses you poor sack of shit
Unless the crackers do something interesting with the final ending, it won't be possible to beat it on cracked copy. You need to connect to servers for it.
No you don't.
You just have to be crazy good at twin stick shooters.
The hacking controls are kinda similar to mecha flight-mode. You move with left stick, and change your firing direction with right stick.
...I thought this was obvious, but one of my friends got really frustrated at the thing before he was told that he wasn't limited to shooting in direction he was moving at.
People really find hacking hard?
At a certain point you won't have enough firepower to shoot through all the orange bullets.
I'm almost positive its literally not possible at the end. You can't kill the boss names fast enough with a single ship to keep the screen from completely blotting out eventually
>Control is something that PC players view sacred,
As a PC player this is a useless point to make.
Sup Forumsirgin PCfags will always meme about every PC game getting mods and will always say shit to consolefags like "at least I'll be able to play at 144fps with full nude models".
But the truth is barely anyone makes mods for PC these days, the scene is so scarce compared to what it was in the past because anyone with skill is trying to hop on the indie dev money.
Also there's the general laziness of the install-base as well, I mean most of them are too lazy to get jobs, how much more learning the skills required to mod?
So who's the Red Girl?
Then you just shoot the ones you need to clear a way and wait for an opening.
At certain point there's just so many fucking orange balls that you can't shoot through them to get to names before being bodied by purple balls.
I'd like to be proven wrong, but this seems to be the concensus at the moment.
based N2
The way to tell for sure would be to try and TAS it. Should be doable in principle in PC, since you can halt the process and fake input events.
I guess in principle you could try turning the game down to ultra super slow motion and trying it that way?
As soon as I get in, I get shot and exploded
>pc would have to do all this in order to finish the game because they are poor after wasting money on a high end rig with only mulitplats
Have you tried moving the analogue stick
You're fucking delusional if you think crackers wouldn't just make it so you can always receive help from [SKIDROW] during the credits.
Plus, a trainer for infinite HP/lives during the credits section would also be easy as piss to write, but that would mean you miss out on the great music/feeling.
>literally ruining a rather significant moment in the game because they are so poor
Master race indeed
I don't think it would make any difference.
It's not like you are calling real people, just their AI
>fucks up with your HD
>fucks up with the performances
>there are a still denuvo/consolefag shills
Except it doesn't and you're just spouting memes you heard without proof.
>doesn't do any of these things
>being poor
>ruining the industry then getting mad when devs stop giving a shit about you
You just confirmed what I said.
No problem lads, i'm doing it for the truth.
Who the hell is N2?
Might as well ask here. I just got NieR. How long will it take for me to finish this game? Does it take long to get all the endings?
*girls
Their Alpha and Beta
>pc master race
>i dont know shit about pc
No like, as soon as it starts, there is a shot already coming toward me.
Is it cause I'm on very hard
The AI construct in control of the machine network.
If you're going for 100% side quest completion, then it will take you about 20 hours for ending A, and about the same time to finish endings B/C/D/E.
Took me 54 hours to 100% it. It'll take you around 40-50 to finish it.
No shit. How do you know she's named N2? Why does she look like a human? Why does she keep stalking 9S?
I've been more or less exclusively a PC gamer since the early 90s (I've played a little bit of consoles here or there) and that sounds retarded to me. PC was the first platform to embrace digital games, and actual ownership of games not bothering to dwell in the legal matters, is the weakest on PC of all platforms. On PC you basically own nothing except the physical hardware.
The firmware is licensed, the software is licensed, and physical games are pretty much completely dead.
So if anything, PC players are the least concerned out of all platforms about actually owning their software.
From a personal perspective I never gave a fuck about ownership of software. I just pirated most of it back in the day.
Listen man, I used to be on the denuvo hate bandwagon too, and believed all these lies about what it does. But then I realised PC has no games because devs are too afraid of piracy, and decided to buy a denuvo game because I wanted to try and convince publishers that PC is worth porting too. I had zero issues with that game whatsoever and haven't batted and eye at buying denuvo games ever since.
I found the grave of the forest king behind a locked door. How do I complete the quest? There is nothing to do in here.
Kill the knight with the golden tower shield then interact with the grave.
Kill the knight. Read the gravestone. Return to the quest giver and you should be done?
As in there is ""literally"" no time to move out of the way
>But the truth is barely anyone makes mods for PC these days, the scene is so scarce compared to what it was in the past
No it isn't. It's bigger than it's ever been you just don't play moddable games like you used to.
Name 10 games that had huge mod communities back in the day though let's see how fucking knowledgeable you are.
Most games still get mods, the amount is completely irrelevant to the argument that PC games get mods. Because they do.
Image related. A simple mod that removes the vignette from cutscenes. Guaranteed to trigger many consolefags.
Stop trying to justify yourself you stupid faggot. You don't want to pay for the game, its that simple.
I think the PC market has mostly transitioned to indie games. I have several dozen DRM-free indie games purchased in the past few years (GOG.com is a godsend), and all of them have been as good as the typical AAA game.
I've moved to the PS4 for all of my AAA games / multiplats, and I haven't regretted it a single bit.
Have you tried moving the analogue stick
Her name isn't N2
>How do you know she's named N2?
That's what she's called in the Jackass report based on the data retrieved from the tower.
>Why does she look like a human?
The machines are all trying to imitate humanity in some aspect or another aren't they.
>Why does she keep stalking 9S?
He's the most advanced android there is and he's also in a pretty interesting situation, naturally they want to observe him.
I think I fucked myself. I hacked the knight to death from the doorway. The grave does not give me a prompt. Hopefully a reset fixes everything.
Thank you.
GODDAMN WHY DIDN'T I KNOW ABOUT THIS BEFORE I STARTED PLAYING
I bought a gaming PC because I needed something to play games that was better than a fucking Wii and it was approaching the end of the console generation. I had the choice of either getting a system with not much longer to live, waiting who knows how long for the new consoles to come out and then decide which was the best to get, or just build a PC that would be as strong as the next console generation and get the best of both worlds.
At this point I've sunk too much money into my PC to buy a PS4 now, even though I often get depressed that I will never get to experience bloodborne .
It gets harder and harder since more and more games are becoming PS4 exclusive and PC is degenerating into the ASSFAGGOTS platform
Their names are Terminal Alpha and Terminal Beta
>The machines are all trying to imitate humanity in some aspect or another aren't they.
Yes
When the machine network reformed after wiping out the ayys they used the memories and experiences of humanity to form the core of the new network
That's another name for them yeah.
