it'll be out right after half life 3
I say this every thread. R* needs to have a crossover with Atlus and make a Bully meets Persona game
Hopefully never.

>out right after half life 3
No. That's pic related.
the bully 2, half life 3 and agent bundle comes out after the GTA5 story dlc
nunca
>Bully thread
>people talking about what they'd like to see in a sequel
>"it needs to rip on modern culture and you need to have feminists and alt right skinheads and shit"
>"Jimmy needs to be a college and you can play phone games and cyber bully people"
Way to miss the entire point of Bully there idiots.
...
>>you need to have feminists and alt right skinheads and shit
>wanting modern political factions in a game about schools during an intentionally vaguely-defined time period
Someone didn't legitimately suggest this, did they?
Not that I would expect anything it they announced a sequel, Housers are old as fuck now.
I don't know about sequel, but a reboot is slated for next never
Every time there is a Bully related thread (which isn't often I admit), there is always some ass who completely misses the point of Bully being a jab at ALL periods of school life, which is why its difficult to play a time period setting on the game.
If you decided to make Bully more modern, then a good 90% of the content in the original game would have to go, such as all the weapons.
You'll get at least 2 more ports of the old game before you'll see any new sequel.
never.
...
I have it on my phone. It doesn't run so great, but with better hardware, probably the best version of it.

Bully was such a good game. I loved every second of that game.
I really hope they make a sequel, something.
Oh god what have you reminded me of
DELET
Lets hope.
Article from Dec. 2016.
Don't really know why but Bully is probably my favourite Rockstar game. Even gta5 and RDR didn't felt as comfy as this game.
>Rockstar Games is proud to announce Agent. Developed by the people behind Grand Theft Auto, Rockstar North, Agent will be available exclusively for the PLAYSTATION®3 computer entertainment system. Agent takes players on a paranoid journey into the world of counter-intelligence, espionage and political assassinations during the height of the Cold War at the end of the 1970s.
IT'S NOT FAIR
>paranoid journey
Sounds really interesting.
I'll wait for more info at Sony's E3 this year. Like I do every year.
Post your face when, sequel comes but it is xbone/win10 exclusive
>Jimmy needs to be a college
this is such a dumb suggestion
what kind of college has people physically assaulting each other and going to detention
mite b cool
put more thought into it than it playing exactly the same as the first
they'll probably hand it to the guys who did Max Payne 3 sooner or later
It's such a niche game there's no way they're going to spend time on Bully 2 when they can literally print money with GTAO
Is there really a reason to release this anymore?
The gameplay footage they showed made it look like a part TF2 clone and a part of GTA V online, it's too late for them
...
>gameplay footage they showed
>of Agent
No such thing, fuckknuckle.
You mean like today? Rockstar loves having their gags with social commentary have Jimmy attend a liberal arts college because it was the best he could get and run around in a KKK suit for Halloween or ruin an SJWs day by flashing your dick in their general direction
>blue spoiler text
What?
Never since Rockstar only care about microtransactions now.
This. Along with GTA VI.
but GTA VI will happen
>the gap between 2008 (IV) and 2013 (V) is 5 years
>V was released nearly 4 years ago
Rockstar games between IV and V (5 years):
>RDR
>Max Payne 3
>Midnight Club LA
>LA Noire (although most of the dev work was by Team Bondi)
Rockstar games between V and VI (est. ~5 years):
>RDR 2
FUCK
How would a sequel work?
I would just set it at the same school a few years after the first game with a new cast of characters. I don't think following Jimmy in college would be the right path to take; would it not just become GTA at that point. The setting and adolescent time frame is what made Bully unique.
Doesn't have to be a sequel to Jimmy's story. Just another installment in the series. If you want to up the stakes, the overarching plot could be about two rival schools in the same town, each with their own cliques and mission strands, for example. Sky's the limit, though -- they could do anything.
Hopefully never because everything Rockstar makes now is soulless shit.
Bullying is a hot button topic right now
When it stops being so no one is going to remember it anymore
Another company will lilkely exploit the gap when that happens and R* will be discouraged from bringing it back
Would Rockstar give us a female protag Sup Forums
>right now
Always was. Remember the original had it's name changed in the UK because bullying was controversial at the time. Didn't seem to stop Rockstar. They didn't care about Jack Thompson and the HOA soccermom types -- I don't see what's different now, except the shrews have weird hair colours these days.
>but GTA VI will happen
But it won't, because there's no reason for it to happened. Financially, it's more profitable to support GTA 5.
Hands down the best Rockstar game.
>Win game by doing the most psychological damage to other girls as you can
I genuinely hope not
[Citation needed]
Rockstar released their games every year for a last 12 year until 2013. And then GTA online happened. I don't think that they're going to focus on SP games now when they can sell gta online/gta: western online every 5 year or so and print even more money
Someone please give me a rundown. Is this game good?
>They didn't care about Jack Thompson and the HOA soccermom types
Because thumbing your nose at old school conservative moralist busybodies is cool, but thumbing your nose at leftist moralist busybodies is wrong because muh hate or some other bullshit.
The combat is probably the worst part about it, but other than that, yes, it's good. Everything else is solid: the world, the classes, the music, the writing, the voice acting, etc.
It's essentially every schoolyard cliché from the '70s, '80s and '90s rolled up into one package that inexplicably reminds everyone of their own youth somehow, filled with surprisingly funny writing, a great timetable/class system and serviceable combat. Would recommend to anyone, especially considering the price the game goes for these days.
>pick one
Assuming they can't be mutual
Can start the game on PS4
Is it like persona where you can link up with girls?
You can, but it isn't really in-depth (for some girls, their 'stories' are worked into a faction's plotline -- for others, they have no 'relationship arc', so to speak). You can kiss 'em all, though.
If they did, I'd like a character like Zoe Taylor, the Townie that Jimmy hooks up with at the end.
Am I the only one that always considered Bully's soundtrack really strange? Not bad, just weird and rather unfitting most of the time. Like, would you associate this youtube.com
call atlus right now i wanna play that
You have a good point, actually. As another example:

Does that sound like Tagging music to you?
