What is currently the best mouse

What is currently the best mouse and why is it the G403?

>Excellent LMB/RMB and side buttons
>3366 sensor
>DeathAdder-like shape
>Some resellers sell as low as 35 US$
>90 g
>Fantastic for all grips
>Wireless version has godly latency

My only complaint is the scroll-wheel's middle-click..., it's sort of sticky and not as snappy as the other buttons.

Id say
Gpro > 403 > rest

But my personal favorite by far is the G303/302.

Best shape i have ever used.

used a few over the years, mainly logitechs

using a steel series rival 100 atm, its awesome, will awesome recommend g400s or mx518

will also*

get a huge mouse mat too

I just use a Sharkoon fireglider, nice weight, pretty much instant response time and at the low price of merely 25 Euros.

Great investment.

I don't know shit about mice. I bought a G503 on a friend's recommendation. How does it rate among the best mice?

G203 is better

Shit. I meant G502.

>G503

What is the cheapest/best mouse?

One of the best, some people find it too heavy though.

The sensor is perfect.
The scroll wheel is the best ever
The buttons are great
The shape and weight are trash.

So if you wanna be good at FPS games get something else, smaller, lighter and with a safe shape.

Keep the g502 as your deskptop / mmo mouse though, it's the best at it.

I'm holding my g502 right now, it's my main windows mouse, for FPS games i rock a g302

Yeah, I just upgraded from a dying G-Pro which I bought used for 10 bucks, and it was a really, really good mouse

I can palm better with the G403 tho, and can still fingertip if needed (I play RTS mainly)

I've got the GPro and my brother has the G303, they're both great no complaints.

Haven't found a reason to replace the SS Rival 300 yet.

Best shape since the Intellimouse 3.0 for me

i find it too light kek.
i even use all of the extra weight available.

Man, your tracking must suck ASS.

>I'm holding my g502 right now, it's my main windows mouse, for FPS games i rock a g302
>t. overwatch professional and csgo lobby hero

cringe

Zowie ec2 evo

Anything worth replacing my g400s with yet?

It's getting a little beat up at this point.

Gpro >= G102 > G403 > FK2 > ECA-2 > DM1 Pro S > buy a $10 usb mouse instead below this point

If you spend more than $35 for a mouse you are fucking stupid. 35 is even too much.

You guys are the type of people to buy alienware computers

Pic related, bought this from newegg a few months ago for $30 no idea why it is so expensive now.

G-Pro is too small and G502 is too big and heavy.
G403 is my favorite too.

I just don't like the rubber on the sides. It'll wear off in a matter of months and make my mouse looks 10 years older.

I don't play overtrash.
Cs is easy and takes no skills (i'm global before you decide to talk shit)

I grew up playing Unreal tournament and Quake.

Now fuck off, faggot csbabby.

It's probably because of this thing called sales

I got the Rival 100 because it's already cheap and I had to spend the rest of a gift card. Other than the shape, what am I missing out on from the 300?

If the G-Pro is too small you aren't holding your mouse correctly.

Yeah, that too. It also tends to leave a rubbery smell on your fingers

pro tips if you're buying a mouse

just google the sensor, watch a bunch of reviews, find someone playing with it and see if it keeps up with him doing full swipes etc

the only other thing is the shape, you can pretty much get used to anything desu. Some of the larger mice like some of the logis can be a bit much though imo and I have gorilla hands.

A good sensor is worth the money, even if you don't play competitive games

It depends on your grip style

I have one of these
amazon.com/Logitech-TrackMan-Marble-Wheel-Mac/dp/B00004L8IG

it's ancient I got it from my dad and remember playing battlefield 1942 at his house with it when that was a new game

I would never trade this thing for any other mouse and now that I found this one on amazon I may buy it myself so I have spare

>all those crevasses for dirt to collect in
>too heavy and unwieldy
>braided cord gets snagged on everything
>xboxhueg palm ergonomics for difficult grip
>xboxhueg scroll wheel for aiding carpal tunnel development
>scroll wheel has two modes, loud and clicky mode, or pointless sanic mode
>looks like a bad dragon product

Its pretty terrible bros. I'd have rather spent the money on some extra Super Male Vitality

That's sweet

>braided cord gets snagged on everything
I don't even want to keep reading your post, that's fucking stupid

There's only one correct grip style

Remember when mice had balls and you had to clean them?

Yeah... it was also a time when I still had hope in life

braided cords are garbage
mouse bungees were invented literally because braided cords are shit and snag constantly

I fucking hated getting the hairs and shit out of the rollers on the sides of thise things. Good ridance

mine still does :D
thanks for reminding me I should clean this thing

god this was a freaking chore
i'm glad we are long past that shit

He's right, braided cords are fucking annoying and I bought a bungee just because of it.

I had to google what a mouse bungee is. I can't believe people are so retarded, holy shit

Im still using my 15 year old mouse that still works. Fuck buying any overpriced piece of gaymer shit

The sensor isn't as good. But you should be alright on lower CPI settings

>>DeathAdder-like shape

do you also believe that razor invented mouses?

Depends on your grip

True claw grip has to be the g303.

Fingertip grip the g203 is best. It fixes upon a few annoyances some had with the g pro.

Palm grip the g403.

I'm a fingertip gripper and the g303 made me more accurate but after a week it started hurting my wrist. So I'm on a g203 now. I really did like the build quality and clicks of the g303 though but you better be a true claw gripper if you wanna use it.

They (g303) are also being discontinued.

>redneck rampage had just come out

ah yes, the days where I gave a shit

I remember those, kinda

you posted it mah man

that and G Pro. logitech currently owns the mouse market

I find it's just not comfy enough for playing fast FPS.
I have a fingertip grip, maybe it's not made for that.

...

Still using my Zowie EC1 from Black Friday 3 years ago. Only $30.

I like my steelseries Rival.

I don't see why so many people bitch about mice being over 100 grams. Unless you're playing Quake I don't have any constraints due to the weight of the mouse.

where can i get a g403 for $35?

>10 year old me
>tak out the ball of the mouse for my super nintendo, thinking it was a bouncy ball
>go outside to play with it
>throw it on the ground and expect it to bounce
>it just drops and rolls into the drain
>mario paint was never the same from that day since

Zowie ec2-a wants to have a word with all you faggots having logitech dick in your mouths

yeah the G403 had build issues with the scroll wheel. Even people buying recent batches have been RMA'ing them to get a wheel that works probably and doesn't rattle. Shame because it's otherwise a good looking mouse.

lol. i still have my mario paint mouse, but my snes doesn't work anymore

Amazing battery life, just a great mouse in general.

>Using wireless mouse

you have to feed it regularly like a real mouse, just with battery acid instead of cheese

Anyone else hold their mouse at an angle when they're not paying attention? Would be nice if there was a mouse shaped like that.

I like mine. Use it for more than 2 years already. It's a bit on heavy side, or so I heard.
I really didn't like scroll wheel so I changed it with G700's.

Zowie FK2

>tfw carpal tunnel symptoms arise a couple months after I start using it
>literally can't play shooters anymore because my hand fucking dies mid-game

You dont need a 100$ mouse to browse Sup Forums.

I use pic related, $30 combo. I bought 3 about 3 years ago on sale for $20 and I'm still on my first set. No need to spend any more than that. Cooler Master Devastator

You can meme about razer build quality all you want but I still haven't found a comfier mouse than this and IE3.0

>buys a bungee
>doesn't wrap the cable around something
Fuckings Americans I swear...

probably because you're fat

That piece of shit broke down within a month for me

>he bought the chroma
>not the elite

theres only one Sup Forums approved gaymen mouse

Thermaltake Talon

$20 perfect mouse
no software
perfect sensor
omron switches
large DPI range
newest version has RGB

I feel no obligation to buy anything else

could do with an extra button or two

still the best

i have a g500. looking to get a g403 if i can find it at a good price

The zowie is nice, its comfortable and doesnt look like an MLG buttplug

For me, it's the Zowie FK1. The best gaming mouse.

This
>comfy as fuck
>laser sensor
>amazing battery life
Only problem is it's wireless

I've been using this mouse for about 6 years now. I wouldn't say it's the best overall, but it's the most ergonomic for sure... so much more comfortable than my old Logitech mice. I love the 3 side button placements as well.

It was cheap as fuck so the buttons started double clicking a few times, but I took it apart and cleaned the contacts and now it's still great.

Zowie FK1 and FK2
>>>>
power gap
>>>>>
razor deathadder
>>>>>
evrything else

>best mouse thread
>ctrl+f "G900" no results
step it up fags

I use the same thing but fuck me the middle mouse keeps scrolling up when I want to scroll down. Guess it's on me for playing so many games where you click the wheel

why is there a big gap behind all the buttons? it looks like it collects dirt

So like I smoke cigarettes at my computer which makes everything disgusting. For this reason I only buy cheap peripherals and replace them every few months. And recommendations of good cheap shit?

Logitech G Pro if you're a small hand fag like me.

you're right on the money OP
I'll also add nice, simple design when most gaming mice seem to be some rejects from a Transformers movie

>recommendations

stop smoking

>not using a mouse with an anti error button

Step it the fuck up.

it's smaller than it looks

what the fuck is that thing

detonates a small explosive in the mouse. a mouse for people who want to live on the edge.

yeah it looks like $20 trash bin mice and has same build quality

Is this even a question?

Can't beat the elite. ;)

Fug... forgot the pic.

I bought mine in 2011 and it's still working fine.

I've been using the Razer Deathadder since I first built my PC and I haven't looked back. No other mouse is as comfortable and good looking to me.

i really dislike pointless lights and edgy design
