I'm level 99, cleared all endings and I've done every fucking quest except one called "Find a present". By some unimaginable coincidence it just bugged the fuck out for me and it just wont pop out not matter what I do. It's blocking me from getting the last weapon, upgrading it and finally wreck Emil in the desert to get ending Y.
I'm basically fucked unless they patch it.

I'm lvl 32 at the resupply mission on my first playthrough and I never farmed or grind anything. Just did all side quests I could. How did you manage that? Did you skip everything?
